Phyllis Thatcher is the owner of Class Act Designs for Dance, Inc. which is comprised of a dance costume catalog (teachers and retail stores only), a dancewear wholesale catalog (teachers and retail stores), a retail website and a retail outlet store.  Our costumes and dancewear are designed and sewn in our on-site factory in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.  We also specialize in custom costumes.  Class Act Designs for Dance, Inc. has been in business for almost 30 years.
